Westat sees the world through data. They looked to us to help see themselves in the same light. Through a series of surveys and user interviews, we built the case for a unique IA, menu and taxonomy structure that drives users through clear pathways toward their destination on Westat’s new Drupal 8 website.

We reemphasized the Westat brand to bring clarity, consistency and accessibility to everything – from the organization’s voice to its new look and feel. We produced a writing style guide for Westat’s content contributors and worked closely with their Accessibility Bureau to ensure the site works for everyone. The new site conforms to Section 508, WCAG 2.0 AA, and Federal plain language guidelines.
