Hello Dear Client!

We are so happy you are here, and that you’ve chosen us as your partner to design your new website. This is exciting! We know you’re very eager to see some sleek new design ideas and fun, engaging animations. However, before we dig into all that, let’s talk about something super important: content. Yeah, I know, it’s not as glamorous as picking out color schemes, but trust me, it’s the secret sauce to a killer website that produces real results for your organization.

Starting very early in the process, our team will collect and categorize all the content on your existing website, determine what is driving search traffic to your site and engagement once users are there. We’ll use this information to help you identify any content needs and gaps. As soon as we do that, we’ll start writing new copy. So many clients put this off until they see the final design of the site come together, or even later, when they receive their new site for testing.

But you really, really don’t want to make that mistake! Stop procrastinating and start writing or hire a firm like Taoti to write that content ASAP:

Avoid the Panic Mode:  Picture this – it’s crunch time, your website is almost ready to launch, and suddenly you realize, “Oh crap, we’re not done with content!” Cue the frantic typing and late-night coffee binges. Don’t be that person. Start writing now and save yourself from a stress-induced meltdown later.

Get Designs That Work for You: Remember, designers can only create from the information that they receive from you. They thrive on clear instructions, gentle encouragement, and the occasional snack break. If they have the final content you’ll want your site to feature, they’ll be able to design layouts that are best suited to your priorities. Trust us, it’ll save you from those uncomfortable moments when you realize your engaging content doesn’t fit with the stunning design you’ve already approved.

Less Backtracking, More Progress: Ever hear the saying, “Measure twice, cut once”? Well, the same wisdom applies to website redesign. Starting your content early gives you the chance to fine-tune and tweak without having to redo the whole thing. Without a doubt, your future self will thank you for it.

Puts The Focus on Results: Let’s face it–no one is visiting your site just because it looks pretty. It’s your content that will grab people’s attention and keep them coming back for more. So, put on your creative hat and start writing stuff that’ll make your audience sit up and take notice! And if you don’t have writers in-house, we’re happy to handle that for you.

Don’t Miss the Deadline: Launch days are like the finish line of a marathon–you can’t see it from the start, but you know you must do everything you can to get there or collapse trying. By starting your content early, you’ll be able to spend the last few days before launch focusing on final checks and tests, not building content. No last-minute scrambles to ensure your site launches without any blank pages.

So, there you have it–the case for kicking your content writing into gear immediately. Start writing today or have your agency do so. Your website (and your sanity) will thank you for it.

Cheers to your future website greatness!
