User Driven.
We teamed up with Focal Point to take a deep dive into the needs of all users and the challenges they face. We used design thinking activities to explore the best solution by focusing on the user and making the website easily accessible and manageable. We learned that Focal Point’s largest struggle was keeping the site up to date with the fast-paced industry growth in the cybersecurity industry.
Dynamic design for a dynamic environment.
We wanted to do more than offer great design. Our goal was to embrace Focal Point’s dynamic growth and give them the ability to manage and make changes to their website easily. We built the site on WordPress, making it nimbler and allowing them to make changes with a user-friendly content management system. We took a human-centered approach to design, including a custom mega-menu and iconography that facilitate easy navigation for users.
We created a user interface kit with website component designs, functions, and instructions on how to implement them across the new website. By offering the UI kit, we provided a solution to Focal Point’s evolving environment that gives the administrator full control of the website‘s aesthetic and technical aspects.
