Taoti has been officially accepted into Washington DC’s “Made in DC” program—a program run by DC’s Department of Small and Local Business Development. Taoti’s inclusion in this list, as you might guess, means that our work is made in DC. (Which requires that Taoti be 51%+ owned by a DC resident or have 51%+ DC employees. Taoti has both!) We’re proud to have called DC home since 2003!
For our DC-based clients, we encourage you to show your own home-town pride and community support by allowing us to place a small “Made In DC” logo in an appropriate place on your site (we’ll suggest a place during the design process probably in the footer of your site, but you of course get the ultimate say on where/if it goes. There is no cost, no obligation, and no requirement to do so. This is totally optional, and should you decide you don’t want it there any more, you’re free to remove it.
With or without the logo, we enjoy working with our local clients and are proud to make things in DC, for other DC businesses and organizations!
