Gaudenzia is a Non-Profit organization that operates in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and Washington DC. They are on a mission to help families and individuals dealing with drug and alcohol addiction, mental illness and other related conditions. Gaudenzia thrives to help these people achieve a better quality of life and become accountable individuals.
Guandezia came to us with the need for a website overhaul. We wanted to do more than just create a user-oriented website, we wanted to develop a website that serves the needs and motivations of the users. We built the website to provide them with an experience that made them feel connected and backed, a place they could not only read about the journey to recovery but also discuss it with a representative. That’s when we decided to add a Chatbot feature to their website.
